300mm SB in FabBuilt with real value in mind, this 300mm tool is ideal for photolithographic applications in an R&D and/or pilot production environment.

Configurations can include coat, bake, chill, and develop modules.  An optional indexer module simplifies loading and unloading 300mm substrates.

 

300mm Combo System
A Linear Transfer Arm (LTA) provides for automated movement between the indexer and various modules.  Through use of advanced spin speed, bake temperature and positioning systems, process results are precise and repeatable.
